What Stax stores when you subscribe or visit the site, why, and how to have it removed.
Last updated 28 May 2026.
In short
Stax collects your email when you subscribe to the newsletter. No ads, no third-party trackers, no selling of data.
What gets stored
When you subscribe to The Integration Layer, Stax stores your email address. Basic analytics events (page views, subscription source) are recorded without personally identifying information.
What we don't do
- Sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.
- Run third-party advertising pixels or session-replay tools.
- Build behavioural profiles or fingerprint your browser.
Newsletter
The newsletter is delivered via Resend. Your email address is stored in their system alongside ours. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click removes you from the list.
Your rights
You can ask Stax to show you what it has on file, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email privacy@stax.sh. Requests are typically actioned within seven days.
International transfers
Stax is hosted in the United States. If you're in the EU, UK, or another region with data-export rules, your data is transferred to the US for processing.
Who else handles the data
| Service | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting and edge delivery | United States |
| Neon | Postgres database | United States |
| Resend | Email delivery | United States |
